Hans Lui
Both in life and business, Malaysian-born Hans is passionate about providing high-quality flooring solutions. Led deeply by this vision, Hans is the driving force behind the product development approach and methodology of Prime Grade Timber Flooring.
For the last twenty years, Hans has specialised in supplying high end finishes to luxury home custom builders. During this time he has gained extensive experience in the building & construction industry giving him a unique perspective on understanding the crucial aspects that take work from good to great. Hence, over the time, Hans see the needs of creating Prime Grade as well as Select Grade range for Australian Flooring market. With years of experience in flooring industry and and background in flooring manufacturing, Hans continues to provide premium flooring products.

As we are committed to the building & construction industry, Prime Grade Timber Flooring hold large scale stocks for every listing on our website. We pride ourselves on always having stock in our warehouse. Unlike other suppliers we do not custom order or made to order after receiving deposit payment. Once confirmed, our stocks can be immediately delivered to your home.
